Healthy habbits

Hello! This morning I thought I would share with you two of my addictions. One is very healthy, the other one is Fruit Ninja. I’ve never been into games, except for my Sonic the Hedgehog period (do you remember Sega, or it’s just me who’s that old?). But this one, is just so catchy I find myself playing it for hours and then all I can see when I go to sleep is flying fruits.

Anyways, addiction number two, juicing, is not only healthy, as I said, but also delicious. I always have apples, carrots, red beets and cucumber, which make up the most basic juice recipe I know, but for a little extra sparkle I like to add pineapple, celery (well, not for the taste, but with the promise of a glowing skin, I’m in), lime or lemon, and you got the picture, right? Pretty much everything that can be squeezed. Haha..

This recipe though is for when I’m really hungry and it’s too late to eat or I don’t have the time. You can see all the ingredients in the pictures, or find a list below!

Recipe


1 apple, 1 orange, 1 lemon, cucumber, 1-2 celery blades, 2 carrots, 1 pineapple slice and 1 red beetroot to make the juice

Then add 1/2 avocado and 1/2 banana and the juice in a blender (or a manual mixer) and hit the button for a few seconds.

Voilà, an excellent meal replacement!
