After a week of diet based on all kinds of leftovers from my birthday party, including chocolate, chocolate, macarons and chocolate, today I decided it was time to switch to something healthier, and I started my day with a berry smoothie. 1 handful of strawberries and 1 of raspberries
2 juicy dates
Blend it all together with the juice from 2 oranges and 1 slice of pineapple. Alternatively, add 1 cup of plant based milk. Enjoy!
