And I’m back with another porridge recipe 😀 Well, I guess they’re all kind of the same, but today I was in a hurry, so I changed the mix a little bit by adding one table spoon of chia seeds to the boiling oats. The result was instant thickening of the porridge which means less waiting time. By the time I finished slicing the banana, all the milk was fully absorbed and the consistency was much thicker than usual. Another healthier trick I tried, was to sweeten it with two juicing dates, instead of other sugary alternatives. Scroll down for deets 🙂



1 cup milk

4 tbs organic oats

2 juicy dates

1 tbs chia seeds

Bring them all to boiling point while stirring to crush the dates, and set aside while you prepare the toppings. Spice it up with a little bit of cinnamon or vanilla. Enjoy!
