I am not a morning person, but I am definitely a breakfast person. It’s my favourite meal of the day, especially in the weekends when I have time to prepare really elaborate ones. As for the weekdays, breakfast is more on the go. As much as I enjoy it, I would always favour a few extra minutes of sleep. So I’ve specialised in easy and super fast recipes like this one. The most time consuming part is of course dealing with the pomegranate. If you’re in a hurry, you might want to deal with that beforehand. Like, a day before.

1 cup of your favourite milk (sweet, skimmed, plant based etc)

4 tbs of oats

1 tbs honey

1 handful roasted coconut

Pomegranate seeds and chopped mango

How to: bring the milk to boiling point, add the honey, oats and coconut and let them boil for 1 minute. Set aside to cool down, then add the fruits and enjoy!
