This is breakfast no. 2, and the most delicious one so far. Day one went pretty easy, I even went to the gym, despite the lack of energy I was experiencing the whole day. But I guess keeping myself busy helped a lot, because it took my mind off the constant hunger I was feeling :)) Just kidding, it’s not that bad, but still, I can’t wait for Saturday morning!

Half of a small pineapple
A handful of blueberries
A handful of blackberries
200g low fat yoghurt
Juice the pineapple and blend it with all other ingredients. Simple as that.
